Deskripsi Mata Kuliah Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi
The issues, opportunities and challenges of effectively governing an organization’s Information Technology (IT) demands and resources has become a major concern of the Board and executive management in enterprises on a global basis. Therefore, an integrated and comprehensive approach to the governance of IT and its resources is becoming critical to more effectively align, invest, measure, deploy and sustain the strategic and tactical direction and value proposition of IT in support of the business.
Program Learning Outcomes (PLO)
PLO-04: Menguasai metode dan proses analisis, perencanaan, pengelolaan, serta evaluasi yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya informasi dan data.
PLO-18: Mampu merencanakan dan menyelesaikan tugas di dalam batasan-batasan yang ada dan mengevaluasi hasilnya secara sistematis.
PLO-11: Mampu merancang solusi berbasis Teknologi Informasi untuk memecahkan permasalahan di industri dan masyarakat.

CLO-1: Memahami masalah, tantangan, dan semakin pentingnya tata kelola TI (Pendukung PLO-04)
CLO-2: Mampu memahami dan menganalisis dukungan Renstra IT Perusahaan/Organisasi terhadap Business Plan (Pendukung PLO-11)
CLO-3: Mengelola, mengevaluasi, memperkirakan, memprioritaskan, mendanai, mengukur, menetapkan, dan melacak permintaan layanan TI secara lebih konsisten dan selaras dengan bisnis (Pendukung PLO-08)
CLO-4: Mampu melakukan audit untuk mengetahui kondisi tata kelola IT Organisasi (Pendukung PLO PLO-11)
